Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class suitable for everyone. It focuses on core strength, spinal mobility and flexibility, addressing imbalances by stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak ones. This is a low impact class with some mat work. Please bring your own mat and water. Wear non restrictive clothin. £7.50 pay as you go or £6 when block booked. COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS We are able to run the classes at the moment by following a strict protocol. Class members must wear a mask on entering and leaving and moving around the premises. The mask may be removed when you are stationed on your mat. You should not attend if you or a member of your household has any cold or flu like symptoms. I use a symptom checker form that people have to complete and sign to that effect on a weekly basis.
